KB-110 is a plug and play KB, no driver required. It works with Win7, XP and Vista. Try another Notebook to verify if it is KB issue.
You can also go to Device Management to check if your laptop recognizes th keyboard or not. If it doesn’t, the keyboard receiver is damaged.

The dongle, KB, and mouse require a code pairing process. One receiver is mapped with one KB, so if the dongle (receiver) is lost, unfortunately, it is not replaceable.
